District Tavern

The food was delicious. Came in for lunch and the place was empty minus one person at the bar. Service could have been better given there were only 3 people in the restaurant.

I originally started this review with a short list of things I didn't like about this place. I decided that was silly, because when the food came out, I stopped caring about any of that. The grilled salmon was awesome. The tuna tartare was also really good. Then the server ran a block and a half to catch me after I left my debit card there.

My fam and I had a wonderful experience. Drove up to Tampa for my daughter's birthday and stopped here for lunch. Our server/waiter was great, I believe his name was Jonathan. He was excellent, friendly, and patient. We had a small conversation about his heritage because my daughter asked about the runes on his fingers and he happily shared the meaning of his tattoos and how they relate to his background. Imagine our surprise when we realized as we walked to our car that he marked our to go bag with one of the runes we discussed. See sent us home with the symbol of protection and safety, Algiz. This was the coolest and perfect way to end a wonderful birthday. We talked about it all the way home. This is what excellent customer service is all about.

Chicken tender Caesar wrap was very tasty and delicious. Our waiter was very nice and was refilling are drinks constantly. It is a sports bar after all so it’s pretty loud, but it’s expected. Would be back again

Heather provided excellent service and went above and beyond for us! Gage also came by and showed us great hospitality! Drinks and food 10/10 Would definitely recommend this place to all who like great atmosphere and amazing service!

Great place to eat & drink. Our appetizer: boneless wings with classic buffalo sauce, for dinner, fried chicken sandwich with fries and mac & cheese with chicken. Delicious & fresh, large portions, we left with take away boxes. Our waitress, Danielle was very professional & attentive. I highly recommend the "District Tavern".

A very casual dining experience geared more towards the party scene yet does not skimp out on food quality! The dishes came out promptly, tasted delicious, and the service was very accommodating. Definitely recommend a visit if you're planning a night out with friends.

Friendly staff and cozy environment! It's a bar, so was a bit hard to hear normal conversations. The food was hearty and portions were great! I got the backyard BBQ burger!
